Once a year we put aside a single barrel of our best barrel strength Canefire.

Instead of cutting it down with water, as we do for our other Rums, we use a carefully selected blend of Port from the lush surrounds of the Swan Valley, Western Australia.

Small Batch, as the name suggests, is a limited batch of only 500 bottles per batch.

Each batch is blended down to a flat 40% ACL with a different combination of fortified to ensure each batch is truly unique.

Batch #12 Notes: 5-10YRS Ruby Port Blend

Nose:

A bouquet of raisins and dates with a soft honey finish.

Colour:

Ruby Honey

Tasting:

Dried fruits and honey on the front of the palette, with a soft mellow tone that accompanies any good cigar, and is achieved only through age. Mouthfeel is slightly viscous, and reacts well with the heat of the mouth when reaching the back of the palette. The mouth is left feeling spoiled by this warm decadent spirit.
