Canefire White was the first developed of our range of White Spirits.

As with most White Rum's produced in the southern Caribbean Islands, Canefire White is light in body and texture. We achieve this with our very own quality Australian sugar through a process which sees carbon dioxide bubbled through our refined brown liquid sugar. This lightens the brew for that smooth taste you come to expect from Canefire.

After two years in one of our 6000 Litre barrels Canefire White is highly filtered to remove any colour and tannin from the ageing process.

Pungent with banana skin, lime wax, cane stalk and dunder.

Canefire white is our classic mixing spirit. It plays well with fruit driven drinks. Ideal for tropical and Tiki style cocktail mixing or even just accompanied by a slice of lime.
