MOJITO

Served in a tall,
cool glass, the Mojito is a refreshing mix of mint leaves, lime juice,
CANEFIRE rum, ice and lemonade. |

In a high ball glass drop in three ice cubes. Add 30ml Canefire, 15ml Lime juice syrup, 30ml lemonade syrup and 4 mint leaves. Stir vigorously to release the oils from the mint. Top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint. |

BLOODY FROG

concoction of Faithful Henry, Lemonade and Grenadine served complete
without the tyre marks |

In a high ball glass drop in five ice cubes. Add 30ml Henry, 30ml lemonade syrup. Top with soda water. Stir vigorously. Add a half-cap of grenadine syrup to top so that the syrup dribbles though the ice blocks. Garnish with ring of lemon. |

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Served in a tall, cool glass,
the Strawberry Daiquiri is made for those with a sweet tooth in cocktails.
You can even top this with whipped cream for real indulgence. |

Half fill a pilsner or high ball glass with crushed ice. Add 30ml Canefire White, 15ml Lime Juice Syrup, 15ml Strawberry syrup. Top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh strawberry. For an even sweeter Daiquiri increase to 30ml of Strawberry syrup. |

In a high ball glass drin in three ice cubes. Add 30ml Canefire White rum, 15ml Berry Blue Syrup. Top with lemon squash. Add a few drops of Grenadine Syrup and stir to give a deep purple color. |
