Canefire is a new spirit. Even
though it is made from a rum like brew of sugar (called a
patch) it is not harsh like rum which uses molasses.
Canefire
started as sugar cane growing in the Ord River Valley around
Kununurra in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. It is
harvested and then processed to an unrefined sugar.
Kimberley Rum Company takes this sugar and brews it with
high quality yeasts. A good brew takes time and Canefire is
brewed longer that any other spirit.
Canefire has been developed, as
well as grown, owned, made and bottled in Western Australia.
