Canefire White is the first of the White Spirits we have begun to produce, and surely won't be the last. As most White Rum's produced in the southern Caribbean Islands, Canefire White is light in body and texture. We achieve this with our very own West Australian sugar cane through a process which see carbon dioxide bubbled through our refined brown sure to even lighten the smooth taste you come to expect from Canefire. This spirit is perfect for refreshing tropical cocktails or even sipped over ice accompanied by a slice of lime.
