Drinks are limited to a 15ml measure per sample and due to liquor licensing restrictions we can only provide 3 samples per customer per day; we're a tasting room not a bar.

Our products range from three different types of Canefire Rum to a Coffee and Melon Liqueuer. Accompanied by our 15 different cocktail syrups the combinations that can arise are endless.
